Your main tasks 80%
- Creating and following up on quotations
- Recording and processing customer orders
- Maintaining customer, project, and sales data in the CRM
- Supporting the sales team in daily business
- Creating sales documents and presentations
- Appointment and pending management
- Monitoring quotations and delivery dates
- Telephone and written customer support
- Processing customer enquiries
- Receiving and forwarding complaints
- Welcoming customers and visitors
- Organising meetings
- Preparing minutes
- Document management
- General support for the sales manager
- Additional tasks 20%:
- Support with social media
- Newsletter
- Organising trade fairs
- Creating sales statistics
- Participation in projects
- Support with onboarding new employees
Your profile
- Completed commercial training EFZ
- Experience in internal sales or a comparable function
- Technical understanding or experience in a technical company is an advantage
- Very good German skills, spoken and written
- Good MS Office skills
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Organisational talent and enjoyment of customer contact
- Team player with a strong service orientation
