Tasks
- Accompanying, caring for and supporting clients with intellectual, physical or psychological disabilities in the complex design of living and leisure areas
- Implementing and applying the agogic framework concept
- Key worker duties
- Cooperation with relatives, legal representatives and external specialist agencies
- Helping with daily household and cleaning tasks
Profile
- Training in social pedagogy (HF/FH)
- Experience working with people with disabilities
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
- Fluent oral and written expression in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
