The remedial education day school of the Nathalie Foundation supports and cares for children and adolescents with complex developmental disorders (multiple disabilities, sensory disorders, and autism spectrum disorders).

For a class in cycle 3/3+, we are looking for someone starting August 1, 2026

Your tasks:

• You share responsibility with your job partner for the individual support of four students in a class in cycle 3/3+
• You plan your lessons independently and document according to internal guidelines
• You are in close exchange with the other class teacher
• You work constructively with the interdisciplinary team, the boarding school, and the parents and participate in school and quality development
• You take part in internal professional consultations, training, and events
• You supervise interns

You bring with you:

• A completed education in clinical or school remedial education
• An independent and flexible personality with humor, empathy, and team spirit
• Experience working with people with complex disabilities/ASD
• Good knowledge in the area of the Affolter model, TEACCH and/or AAC
• High resilience and joy in supporting students with challenging behavior
