What awaits you
- Advise and support managers as well as employees on operational People matters.
- Act as a trusted partner for our teams in the regions of Fribourg, Neuchâtel, and Basel.
- Independently manage and monitor various People processes within your scope.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from defining the need to onboarding.
- Support managers in identifying and developing talents.
- Assist teams and managers in change processes and contribute to a positive corporate culture.
- Participate in People projects and contribute to the implementation of new initiatives.
- Use HR data and indicators to identify needs and propose measures adapted to the business.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the People team across Switzerland.
What you bring
- A basic commercial education complemented by a federal diploma as a human resources specialist, or higher education with a specialisation in human resources.
- Experience in a generalist HR role or similar, with a good understanding of operational issues.
- A genuine ease in building trustful relationships with managers and employees.
- A strong People Value Creation orientation, combined with empathy, flexibility, and a pragmatic approach.
- An interest in digital tools and new technologies, including artificial intelligence, SuccessFactors, and SAP.
- Excellent command of French and good proficiency in German, enabling communication with managers and employees. Good knowledge of English is also an asset.
- Availability for regular travel in the regions of Fribourg, Neuchâtel, and Basel.
