This is a permanent full-time position with monthly salary and assignments from Monday to Friday. The working hours are usually (depending on the location) between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Your main tasks:
- Welcoming and assisting customers, visitors, and employees
- Receiving and forwarding incoming calls in German, English, and French
- Processing emails as well as daily mail, package, and courier deliveries and general support in the area of mail services
- Access management and badge administration
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
- Processing customer orders in the corresponding tool
- Administrative tasks (e.g., parking management, orders, general clarifications)
- Concierge duties
Your profile:
- Completed training and 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in the service sector
- Fluent German skills and very good English skills in spoken and written form required, good oral French skills are an advantage
- Good PC skills and willingness to use various tools
- High flexibility regarding working hours and locations in the Zurich area
- Great sense of responsibility, high reliability, and pronounced customer and service orientation
- Winning appearance and very good manners
- Impeccable reputation
