Your mission

As an outsourced IT provider, you are the technical contact for a portfolio of SMEs with varied environments (Mac, PC, servers, network). 

Specifically, you:

Provide user support, remotely and on-site, for heterogeneous macOS and Windows fleets

Monitor system status and handle daily incidents (monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting)

Plan and carry out preventive maintenance, updates and migrations (workstations, servers, services)

Deploy and maintain client infrastructures: servers, network (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VLAN), firewalls and storage

Ensure system and data security, and raise user awareness of best practices

Document your interventions and contribute to the continuous improvement of managed environments.

Your profile

Prerequisites (essential)

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as an IT technician or equivalent training

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar IT role (support, operations, managed services)

Work certificates from previous employers

Operational proficiency in macOS and Windows

Fluent spoken French

Driving licence and personal vehicle (car or scooter) — regular multi-site travel

Residence in Geneva or immediate vicinity

Technical skills (assets)

Experience with some or all of these technologies is a plus; we provide training on the rest.

Synology (DSM, storage, backup)

Firewall and network (FortiGate an advantage)

Wi-Fi

Windows Server and associated services (Active Directory, etc.)

Virtualisation (VMware, Proxmox)

Microsoft 365 / Entra ID

Apple fleet management via MDM (Mosyle, Jamf) — a plus
