ServiceNow is your universe - and you actively shape it. You bring people, requirements and technology together, develop suitable solutions and ensure that ideas become functioning services.

Your scope of influence

• You analyse and specify requirements with the specialist departments, moderate workshops and translate needs into features and stories
• From professional requirements, you develop solution designs and evaluate variants according to feasibility, maintainability, scalability, security, operation and integration
• You design and implement ServiceNow solutions and automation end-to-end - from configuration to technical adjustments
• You manage internal and external developers technically and professionally and ensure that implementation meets requirements, designs and platform specifications
• You review new ServiceNow functionalities and technologies for their benefits and contribute suitable approaches to the further development of the platform
• In 2nd and 3rd level support, you analyse complex faults and derive sustainable improvements for the supported solutions

What you bring with you

• You bring solid practical experience in configuration and automation with ServiceNow
• You are well versed in ITSM, CMDB, HRSD or Vulnerability Response
• You have experience in scripting and can independently implement technical adjustments in ServiceNow
• You are proficient in German and English and can communicate clearly with different target groups
• You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, combining pragmatic approaches with a sense of responsibility
• As a strong communicator and team player, you convey technical content appropriately for the audience and represent solutions to different stakeholders
