The Park Retirement Centre is located in the heart of the cantonal capital Frauenfeld and is nestled within a beautiful park. In our regionally rooted centre, around 250 people find a loving home with individual care and support. Guests for short stays and day care are also warmly welcomed. What you can achieve:
- Professional care and support of residents as a key contact person in the residential groups
- Ensuring the quality of care
- Taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations in the assigned residential groups
- Targeted, electronic progress documentation
- Supporting nursing students HF and apprentices EFZ
What you bring with you:
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent qualification with SRK recognition
- Vocational trainer course or SVEB certificate
- Willingness to work early to late shifts (night shifts possible)
- Experience with RAI NH or easyDOK is an advantage
- Interest in a varied and meaningful role in our residential groups with demanding as well as complex care situations
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as understanding of Swiss German
