As team leader, you ensure the smooth processing of all transactions in the area of Corporate Actions and Entitlements including securities management. The preparation of the tax directory as the process execution responsibility of LUKB also falls within your area of responsibility, as does the personnel management and development of employees.

What you achieve with us
- Personnel and professional leadership of approx. 9 employees
- Processing of Corporate Actions/Entitlements
- Asset maintenance and securities data management
- Compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) towards sales and process owners
- Creation of Jira issues for events, errors, new requirements and testing within Avaloq
- Ensuring the interface between the external securities centre of Swisscom and LUKB including creation of Jira issues in the securities area and their testing
- Ensuring the interface with the securities specialist support within LUKB
- Mapping of correct market data from SIX-FI into the Avaloq securities master data
- Task-related testing activities in various applications
- Ensuring an adequate and efficient internal control system (ICS)
- Participation in projects and optimisation of processes
What you bring with you
- Completed banking training as well as several years of professional experience in securities processing environment, especially capital changes
- Several years of leadership experience as a team leader
- Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss and international securities processing processes and regulations as well as a high understanding of the associated ICT processes and applications (ideally in the Avaloq environment)
- Business management knowledge, ideally with corresponding further training (e.g. HFBF)
- Strong service and solution orientation, combined with a flair for process and cost efficiency
- Positive and empathetic personality with high initiative
- Resilience, sense of responsibility, good assertiveness
- Very reliable and precise working style
