For an innovative Swiss company in the field of building technology and renewable energies, we are looking for a committed individual as Technical Support Staff for Heat Pumps - immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Technical contact person for heat pumps and heating systems

• Support for customers, installers and internal specialist departments

• Analysis and resolution of technical faults and complex application cases

• Collaboration with product management, development and service technology

• Support of remote maintenance and monitoring solutions

• Participation in digital solutions and the networking of heat pumps, PV and other systems

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical basic training, e.g. as a heating installer, electrician or equivalent

• Interest in heat pump, electrical and control technology

• Ideally first experience with heating or heat pump systems

• Enjoyment of technical challenges and customer contact

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Team spirit and strong service orientation
