About the job
AKSA is a growing Swiss SME in the technical project and service business. We implement complex technical solutions – and are right in the middle of the digital advancement of our systems and processes. For succession in our IT, you will take on a role with plenty of creative freedom.
We are looking for a true all-rounder: someone who naturally takes on IT support and ongoing operations just as confidently as independently driving digitalisation projects – and who understands our system landscape as a whole.
Your Mission
You are our all-rounder in IT: you naturally take on IT support and ongoing operations just as confidently as you independently drive our digitalisation – from the idea to economic implementation – and evaluate technological decisions thoroughly, rather than just following costs or trends.
Your Tasks
- You reliably ensure IT support and ongoing operations
- You are responsible for our central systems (SAP Business One, Microsoft 365, other specialist applications) and ensure they work together seamlessly
- You drive our digitalisation projects forward – from idea to implementation, realistically planned and economically soundly executed
- You take on Microsoft 365 administration yourself – quickly, straightforwardly, without detours via external service providers
- You manage our external IT and consulting partners both professionally and economically
- You are a sparring partner for management on technological and strategic questions – contributing your own well-founded assessments
Your Profile
- Professional basic training EFZ in a technical profession with further education towards computer science/IT (e.g. Computer Scientist HF, NDS HF Business Engineer or IT Management, Business Informatics) or comparable practical experience
- Preferably with experience in ERP systems (ideally SAP Business One) and Microsoft 365 at an administration level.
- Experience in leading IT/digitalisation projects as well as solid project management skills
- Experience in managing external IT service providers and consultants
- Realistic sense of effort and costs – you know when a lean solution suffices
- Assertiveness, high implementation speed and enjoyment in seeing things through to completion
What We Offer
- 25 days holiday, 13th month salary, special bonuses for exceptional performance, permanent employment contract, flexible working hours through flexitime
- Room for your own ideas and focus on well-founded, joint decision-making
- Active support for further development Diverse, exciting tasks and flat hierarchies
- Regular employee events (employee information, company parties)
- Open communication culture
- Good public transport connections
- Meaningful work: products that contribute to supply security

We look forward to receiving your application.
