Your main tasks are
- Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of the kitchen team
- Co-designing, consolidating and implementing workflows and processes in the kitchen and the entire catering area
- Responsibility for menu and offer planning, the production process and inventory management for residents, the public restaurant as well as internal and external events
- Participation in budget preparation and compliance with goods and personnel cost targets
- Implementation of occupational safety and hygiene and quality standards
- Maintaining customer contacts and responding to the needs and questions of residents, employees and guests
- Participation in cross-company working groups and projects
You have
- Completed vocational training as a chef EFZ
- Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in community catering, as well as further training in leadership and management
- High personal responsibility, strong organisational skills, business and cross-departmental understanding
- Leadership competence, flexibility, openness and resilience
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
