Accounting Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client requires an Accounting Specialist (m/f/d) for a versatile and responsible position in finance and accounting:

• Independent preparation and execution of quarterly and annual financial statements

• Comprehensive management of asset accounting including administration and controlling of investment projects as well as depreciation management

• Independent management of accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger accounting

• Active participation and project management in financial projects in the areas of digitalisation and process optimisation to further develop financial processes

• Preparation of meaningful statistics, evaluations and reports for management

• Contact person for internal and external stakeholders on accounting matters

• Contribution to the continuous improvement of processes and systems in the SAP S/4HANA environment

• Support with monthly and period-end closings as well as the preparation of financial analyses

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following:

• Commercial basic training with further education in accounting (Swiss Federal Certificate in Finance and Accounting)

• Professional experience in finance and accounting

• Confident handling of SAP S/4HANA and MS Office

• Flexible and committed personality with a high standard of quality

• Proactive attitude and enjoyment in developing processes further
