Internal Sales Assistant (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Comprehensive order processing for spare parts and finished appliances including export and customs formalities
• Organisation and coordination of national and international deliveries
• Handling of returns, special and sample deliveries
• Monitoring delivery dates and active coordination with our factories and customers in case of changes
• Competent telephone and written customer support
• Invoice control
• Maintenance of master data, price lists, and forecast figures in the ERP system
• Close cooperation with the Key Account Management teams

Your qualifications:

• Completed commercial training
• Experience in order processing and export environment
• Interest in logistics and technical products
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Team spirit, flexibility, and resilience
• Professional, friendly manner in customer contact
• Good user knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form, French and Italian skills are an advantage
