To strengthen our team at the Mall of Switzerland mandate, we are looking for a very flexible, service-oriented and committed individual starting August 2026.Information Point Staff (Relief Staff)
What you can achieve with us.
As Information Point Staff, you are the first point of contact for our customers. In addition to representative tasks, services in the areas of parking and integration into the security arrangement are included:
- Friendly and competent reception of visitors, as well as their allocation and registration
- Providing information
- Forwarding fault reports, complaints and work orders to the responsible departments
- Operating the intercom system of the car park
- Administrative tasks
- Monitoring the parking area and controlling barriers
- Active assistance in the security organisation
- Lending and selling various items
Shifts take place on Fridays from 15:00 to 21:15. In addition, you are willing and flexible to cover more shifts at short notice in case of absences such as illness or during your colleagues’ holidays.
What defines you.
You consider yourself a service provider from the very core with an open and warm manner. Flexibility, reliability, independence and the ability to work in a team are also part of your character traits.
- Commercial apprenticeship, hotel management school or equivalent training
- Work experience at a reception or in an office with customer contact is an advantage
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written, are essential; French and Italian are an advantage
- Communicative and quick-thinking personality
- Confident handling of communication tools and electronic aids
- Well-groomed appearance
