Senior Designer (m/f/d)

Workload: 80 - 100% / Location: Sursee

Your area of responsibility

Recognizing and implementing market trends and consumer needs domestically and abroad
Design and development of product concepts (daywear, nightwear, and loungewear) for all sales channels
Integration of new materials, fabric structures, technical innovations, and color trends
Creation and maintenance of sketches and prints in TexDesign/TexDefine
Analysis of collection results and derivation of optimization measures
Close collaboration with pattern making, technical development, and product management
Accompanying the entire collection process – from prototype to salesman sample
Ensuring design quality, sustainability, and timely implementation
Compiling and presenting trend information and product designs with the design team for key meetings, collection handover presentations, and internal sales meetings
Ensuring the collection process and adherence to milestone deadlines
Market and trade fair visits as well as maintaining supplier contacts
Professional support of junior designers and interns

Strong digital mindset and confident handling of relevant design tools
