About the job
From August 2025 we offer two apprenticeships asRestaurant Specialist EFZ
Training period 3 years, with federal certificate of competence
Your tasks
In our restaurant, delicious food is served with great passion and hospitality.
You will learn the classic, elegant service with us, such as banquet service, à-la-carte service,
wine service, etc. In summer, service is provided on the terrace with quick feet, in the
evening with great concentration for half-board guests. We have guests from all over the world!
From
Africa through Asia and Europe, people travel to Blausee. Together with the team, you will
pamper our guests and win regular customers.
Our expectations
Very important in service is the joy of guest contact, as well as working in a team.
Since you work with food, cleanliness and order are a must.
Foreign languages and a good understanding of numbers are important in everyday guest interactions.
Service work is a team sport, so we are looking for a team player with good nerves who can handle
stress. You are reliable and can quickly and correctly apply what you have learned.
