Centre for Adult Psychiatry Acute - Park C
The Park C ward offers support and assistance to adults between the ages of 18 and 60 in psychological crises. We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings from evidence-based medicine.
The recovery-oriented therapeutic concept of the ward combines disorder-specific therapy elements with established crisis intervention techniques (Safewards concept) and milieu-therapeutic effective factors.
Your Tasks
Your leadership tasks include co-responsibility for implementing strategic objectives.
You share responsibility for the personnel, organisational and economic concerns of the ward.
You ensure a high quality of care based on current knowledge and methods.
You work closely with the ward manager and within the interdisciplinary team.
You want to engage with processes and conceptual development and actively contribute.
Your core tasks also include the individual, professional care and support of patients.
You actively shape the therapeutic milieu of the ward and orient your working methods to the ward concept.
With commitment and openness, you think and act for the benefit of the patients.
You show understanding towards the patients and their individual psychological issues, maintaining contacts on an equal footing.
Your Profile
You have completed training as a Dipl. Registered Nurse HF/FH, have an interest in the psychiatric field and enjoy and understand dealing with people in their coping with problems.
Independence, a sense of responsibility and high social competence characterise you. You bring leadership experience or are willing to attend leadership training and contribute content. If you are a team-oriented, communicative and prudent personality and interested in the leadership role, we would be very pleased to receive your application.
