- Operating and monitoring building services systems
- Organising and carrying out repair and maintenance work including quality controls
- Coordinating and supervising third-party companies
- Assisting with relocations as well as conversion and renovation projects
- Ordering consumables
- Waste separation and disposal
- Support in the area of fire protection

- Craft or technical training with a Federal VET Diploma (e.g. Facility Management Specialist)
- Several years of experience in a comparable role
- Good PC skills and affinity for handling various specific tools
- Fluent German skills, good English skills
