WSG AG develops and realises real estate projects in the catchment area of Basel, Zurich and Central Switzerland. Our focus lies in the construction of residential developments, hotels, commercial properties and senior living. Around 90 employees are committed daily to the successful implementation of our demanding projects.

For the implementation of our construction projects in Zurich, we are looking for a proactive personality who would like to strengthen our great team.

Your responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the management and supervision of construction projects during the execution phase
• Coordination and leadership of interdisciplinary project teams
• Monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality during project execution
• Communication and coordination with clients, authorities and other project participants
• Preparation and review of tenders as well as awarding of contracts
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards

What you bring:

• Basic training in the main construction trade, additional training as a certified construction manager, building technician or architect FH/HTL
• Several years of experience in managing construction projects in Switzerland
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Good IT skills (e.g. MS Office, construction administration software)
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
