We are looking for a committed individual as Mandate Manager Trust who wants to actively shape, is ready to accelerate, and together with us and the team will reach the next stage of development.

Tasks

• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
• Professional leadership and development of junior mandate managers and clerks
• Independent management of financial and payroll accounting for various clients
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Active advice to our clients on tax and business management issues
• Co-design and optimisation of internal processes in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• Mandatory fiduciary specialist certificate or in training to become a certified fiduciary expert
• Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector
• Good knowledge of common fiduciary software (Bexio, Sage, Infoniqa, Dr.Tax)
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Independent, structured and precise way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact and teamwork
