Handle and manage internal and external non-conformities through usual quality tools (CAPAs, QRQC, 8D and associated tools)
Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards (support and assistance with control methods, management ...)
Participate in the validation processes of first production parts (new products, reindustrialisation, prototype)
Participate in watchmaking and manufacturing processes
Good skills in project management, prioritisation and meeting deadlines
Good communication skills and a sense of listening
Comfortable with multidisciplinary collaboration
Precision, rigour, pedagogy, initiative and excellent motivation in seeking information and continuous improvements are essential
