Training Coordinator (80 - 100 %)

Do you share your technical knowledge with enthusiasm and enjoy helping people progress? Whether in the seminar room, online or at events: you know how to convey complex content clearly and practically. An exciting and varied role awaits you with us! In this position, you are the first point of contact for technical training and ensure that our specialist partners stay up to date with the latest knowledge. With your commitment, you contribute to the continuous development and expansion of our training offerings!

Your area of responsibility

• you conduct technical specialist seminars or input presentations for specialist partners such as installers, planners and architects, as well as end customers (on-site or online)
• you plan and conduct internal technical training for existing as well as new employees
• you continuously develop training concepts, training materials and learning methods
• you support the design and implementation of digital learning formats such as eLearning offerings, virtual classrooms and online conferences
• you manage and coordinate our webinar offerings in close cooperation with product management
• you participate in international trainer meetings and projects and actively contribute your ideas
• you support our specialist partners with technical questions and give specialist presentations on current market and industry topics

What you bring

• you have a technical basic education in the HVAC(S) sector with further education at a university of applied sciences or as a technician HF in building technology
• you enjoy passing on your technical knowledge through training and presentations
• good IT and MS Office skills as well as confident German language skills
• you are communicative and convince with a professional appearance
• you have an independent, structured and service-oriented way of working
• you are willing to travel for business several times a year
