The Centre for Child Welfare & Child and Adolescent Forensics is at the interface of medicine, psychology and law. We work daily to protect children and adolescents and to clarify complex forensic issues. For our dedicated team, we need an empathetic, detail-oriented and discreet personality as a Commercial Employee in the Medical Secretariat immediately or by arrangement. In this pivotal role, you are the first point of contact for our centre and support the professionals in their dynamic daily work.

Your tasks

• You operate the telephone of the CAP Forensics and manage the e-mail inbox
• You take on administration for case openings, file creation and order confirmations
• You prepare templates and take on the editing and formatting of expert reports
• You create and process invoices and are responsible for material management
• You scan and record documents in databases, maintain files and are responsible for their filing

Your profile

• You have training as a commercial clerk EFZ or medical secretary and already bring solid experience in this area
• You have a strong affinity and professionalism in handling confidential databases as well as the Office suite, IBICare, OneNote and the secure management of Excel spreadsheets (preferably you are familiar with the administration of court files)
• You have a systematic, solution-oriented and independent way of thinking and acting as well as a high degree of personal responsibility and keep a cool head even in hectic situations
• You bring discretion and a professional working style, as forensics is a demanding field
• To communicate optimally with our clients and within the team, you have very good German skills. French and English skills are an advantage
