In this role, you will proactively and straightforwardly support our clients in the event of a claim. In doing so, you contribute to the trust in Mobiliar as the most personal insurance in Switzerland.

Your Impact with Us

The focus of your job is the straightforward support of our clients in the event of a claim – from reporting to completion.

You skilfully apply your attentiveness and service orientation throughout the entire process, providing clients with confidence regarding claim handling.

You conduct conversations and negotiations with clients and claims partners.

Your Profile

• Completed training in the insurance sector
• Professional experience in claims handling
• Enjoyment in contact and support of clients in the event of a claim
• Proactive and independent working style
• Responsible, empathetic and open personality
• You are a native German or French speaker and have good knowledge of the other language
