ICT System Administrator Workplace (80 - 100 % workload)
Your tasks
- Operation of 1st / 2nd support and further development of our Enterprise Desktop under Windows 11 / Intune
- Comprehensive operation and maintenance in the technology areas of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
- Analysis and resolution of problems and disruptions
- Patch management, packaging, and distribution of software packages
- Operation of our Citrix farm
- Mobile Device Management with Endpoint Manager
- Co-responsibility in planning and execution of ICT projects
- Creation of system and operational documentation
- Collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers
Your profile
- Basic training as an IT specialist EFZ with several years of professional experience as a system administrator in the workplace area
- Your strength is analyzing problems and finding solutions. We also appreciate a proactive attitude and willingness to take on responsibility
- You are open, uncomplicated, independent, customer- and solution-oriented, as well as communicative and an absolute team player
- Good knowledge of cloud topics (Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure, Intune, Citrix)
- Broad knowledge of fundamental ICT topics such as DNS/DHCP, End Point Security, ADS, and GPOs
- Willingness to provide on-call service (05:00 - 22:00)
- German as a mother tongue and good English skills in spoken and written form
