Your tasks
- You record and manage criminal cases in the specialist application Tribuna.
- You reliably perform general secretarial tasks such as correspondence.
- Coordination of appointments and hearings with parties, lawyers and interpreters is your responsibility; you independently prepare summonses.
- You draft penalty orders, rulings and decisions and process indictments to the district court and criminal court including file creation.
- Telephone and written clarifications with lawyers, authorities and offices also belong to your area of responsibility.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training (profile E or M) or an equivalent qualification, ideally in the environment of police, justice or public prosecutor's office.
- You are characterised by a quick grasp, resilience, flexibility and service orientation.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and show willingness to familiarise yourself with specialised applications.
- Responsibility and quality awareness as well as pronounced social competence are among your strengths.
- You bring an efficient and speedy working style; in addition, you have a confident command of German, foreign language skills are an advantage.
