About the job
For our company expansion, we are looking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement:
Architect 80 - 100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Creation of architectural services for demanding projects
- Support of new construction projects, single-family homes, multi-family homes and municipal buildings
- Close contact with sales, planners, investors and clients
- Project development from realisation to handover
Your skills:
- Architect (FH/ETH)
- Creative ideas, functional thinking as well as business understanding
- Sense for constructive and clever solutions
- Team spirit and assertiveness
- Good knowledge of building law and BIM planning
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, ArchiCAD, NPK, optionally BauPlus and Buildagil
- High affinity for digitalisation such as BIM, automated production etc.
