Arxada in Visp is looking for a Laboratory Technician Online Process Analytics.
In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance and adjustment of modern process analysis equipment. You will ensure that the systems function flawlessly at all times, thereby significantly supporting plant safety, emission control and smooth, automated operation.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Ensuring optimal availability of process analysis equipment through safe and compliant installation, commissioning and maintenance
- Maintenance of process analysis equipment as an essential part of process safety, emissions monitoring and controlled automated plant operation
- Timely and cost-efficient planning and execution of projects
- Responsibility for precise safety- and quality-relevant PA equipment
Qualifications and experience:
- Completed training as laboratory technician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician or chemical technician
- Independent working style and analytical thinking are essential for maintenance activities in the field
- Teamwork, responsibility and decisiveness
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Experience in process analytics desirable
- Experience in the chemical industry an advantage
- Experience in maintenance of technical equipment is a plus
