You work from home and conduct inspections in one of the following cantons: Ticino and Graubünden (Italian-speaking) | | 80-100%

How you can contribute

• Accept and inspect electrical systems subject to submission requirements
• Assess the safety and compliance of electrical systems
• Supervise the tasks of public and private network operators
• Oversee and support control bodies
• Provide technical information on electrical systems
• Testing expert for restricted installation permits

What makes you unique

• Training as an electrical installation and safety expert / Federal Diploma Electrical Installer or competent according to NIV - knowledge of medium and high voltage systems is an advantage
• Experience in the creation and inspection of electrical installations and systems
• Reliability, precise working method and assertiveness
• Enjoy working independently and responsibly

The Federal Inspectorate for Heavy Current Installations ESTI is the supervisory and control authority for electrical systems that are not under the Federal Office of Transport. It ensures that these systems are planned, constructed and maintained safely and environmentally responsibly. This includes high-voltage systems, low-voltage installations and extra-low voltage systems. Furthermore, ESTI is responsible for market surveillance of electrical products on behalf of the federal government. It also investigates accidents related to electrical systems in cooperation with Suva.
