We are SPITEX Thurgau Nordwest and with around 50 dedicated employees, we provide professional and individual outpatient care and support in five municipalities.

Our organisation is evolving: structures are changing and collaboration across team and organisational boundaries is becoming increasingly important.

For our Diessenhofen base we are looking for an experienced leader who takes responsibility, empowers people and actively shapes our future.

Nursing Team Leader (80%) Start Date Flexible

Your area of impact
You lead a team of around 15 employees professionally, personally and organisationally. In doing so, you provide orientation, promote a trusting collaboration and proactively develop your area of responsibility.

• Leading and developing people: You recognise potential, support your employees and strengthen team cohesion through appreciation, clarity and an open feedback culture.
• Taking responsibility: You make decisions, set priorities and manage resources proactively and solution-oriented.
• Strengthening collaboration: You communicate transparently, address difficult topics and promote a constructive conflict and team culture.
• Shaping change: You accompany your team through development processes, contribute your own ideas and think beyond team and organisational boundaries.
• Ensuring care quality: Together with your team, you ensure a high level of care and service quality and stay close to the core business through your own care assignments and case management.

What sets you apart

• Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH and solid professional experience, ideally in Spitex
• Several years of leadership experience, preferably complemented by further training in leadership
• An empathetic, reflective and decisive personality who can inspire, support and also challenge employees
• Strong communication skills, conflict competence and a pronounced sense of responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking, organisational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
• Experience with change processes and enjoyment of networked and cross-departmental collaboration
