What you can achieve
- You take on the holistic HR support of the site and are the contact person for employees and managers on operational and strategic HR topics.
- You professionally and solution-orientedly accompany demanding personnel situations and personnel discussions, from conflict situations to case management.
- You actively shape changes and support managers on topics around leadership, collaboration, and organisation.
- With relevant HR key figures and information, you recognise developments early and support well-founded decisions.
- As the first contact person for our trainers and instructors, you advise and support them professionally and strengthen them in their role. Together, you ensure high-quality training.
- You accompany our apprentices with sensitivity and clarity throughout their training period. Even in demanding situations, you find pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
What you bring with you
- You have an HR professional certificate or a comparable qualification and bring several years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- You feel comfortable in a manufacturing or industrial environment and enjoy getting to know the business, its processes, and people.
- You quickly recognise operational contexts and understand how to connect HR topics with the goals and challenges of the business.
- You already have experience in advising and supporting managers as well as in topics around leadership, organisational development, and change processes.
- Your working style is independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented, combined with high personal responsibility and implementation strength.
- With pronounced consulting and communication skills, you create trusting relationships at different levels.
- An affinity for HR key figures, digital solutions, and modern HR tools rounds off your profile.
