Your qualification
- Degree in social work / social pedagogy or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience with children, adolescents, and families
- Independent, proactive personality
- Networked working
- Confident handling of challenging situations and conflicts
- Competencies in systemic counseling, prevention, crisis intervention, and project work
