We are looking for a Purchasing Clerk for our company Kuratle & Jaecker at the Leibstadt location from 01.10.2026 or by arrangement. Do you want to help promote the sustainable material wood and gladly take responsibility for assigned product groups? Then you are exactly right with us!

Your main tasks

• Responsibility for timely procurement and management within the assigned product groups

• Master data maintenance in our ERP (SAP)

• Handling complaints and returns

• Administrative support of our sales department

• Conducting price comparisons, obtaining quotations and accompanying purchasing negotiations

• Creating various evaluations and statistics

Your profile

• Commercial training or craft apprenticeship with commercial further training

• Solid experience in operational purchasing is required

• Negotiation skills and assertiveness

• Reliable, independent and precise working style

• Good IT skills, SAP inventory management system advantageous

• Good German skills in spoken and written form, French and English skills advantageous
