Service Specialist
Your tasks include
- 2nd level support for our partners by phone and email
- Support of system partners in technical application questions
- Commissioning and maintenance assignments for our customers on site or remotely
- Processing and handling of returns
- Creation and dispatch of offers and order confirmations
- Handling of customer projects in direct and support business
- Collaboration in project teams and the creation of documentation
- Setup of hardware for training and service including documentation
- a practical person who enjoys dealing with customers
- reliable, independent, resilient, a team player and flexible
- articulate in both spoken and written German (Italian is an advantage)
- a technical EFZ qualification in electronics or telematics
- experience in support and project business of consultation-intensive security technology products (advantageous)
- a strong interest in IT, IP network technology and Linux (desirable)
- negotiation skills and persuasiveness
- a future-oriented and international environment with a lot of personal responsibility
