Job description
The post holder will be responsible for the secretariat of the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures of the Faculty of Arts (units of Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Romansh and Romanian). They will provide administrative and logistical support to department members for the organisation of academic activities, undertake information and communication tasks (notably the website) and assist department members with budget management and accounting.
Required title and skills
Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification.
One to three years of experience. Experience in the academic environment is an advantage.
Excellent command of French (C1) and very good command of Spanish and Italian (minimum B2 level in one of the two languages at recruitment, B1 level to be reached in the other language within two years after starting the position) are required.
Proficiency in office software and good knowledge of web tools.
Autonomy, initiative, organisational skills, ease in interpersonal contacts.
