In this versatile role, you will take on a central position in supporting the Procurement Director of the Competence Center Faucets. You will independently coordinate and handle organisational, administrative, and operational tasks, thereby ensuring an efficient and smooth day-to-day operation. Your structured working style, organisational talent, and discretion make you an important interface.
What tasks await you with us:
- Taking on assistant duties as well as occasional special tasks
- Independent contract and price list management including monitoring of terms, deadlines, and extensions as well as ensuring structured and audit-proof documentation
- Preparation and compilation of the monthly procurement reporting on price developments, cost changes, and realised savings including relevant management key figures
- Monitoring and assessment of supplier creditworthiness as well as early identification of potential risks
- Central interface function between internal departments, suppliers, and external partners as well as independent handling of correspondence
- Organisation and coordination of appointments, meetings, and business trips including preparation and follow-up as well as minute-taking
- Creation of reports, presentations, and project-related documents
- Continuous optimisation and digitalisation of processes and administrative procedures
What we expect from you professionally:
- Completed commercial training and/or further education with several years of experience in an assistant role
- Very good MS Office skills as well as confident German and very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, structured, and precise working style with a strong sense of responsibility for appointments and deadlines
- High initiative, flexibility, discretion, and reliability in handling confidential information
- Organisational talent and resilience, even in hectic situations
- Friendly, communicative, and team-oriented personality with polished manners
