Cash Manager (100%)
We are looking for an experienced manager to oversee Cash, Treasury and Cards activities in Switzerland, ensuring performance, compliance and operational excellence.
YOUR MISSION:
Management of Cash-Treasury-Cards activities
- Supervise and coordinate all operational activities
- Ensure continuity and quality of service
- Participate in daily operational activities supporting the team
- Coordinate and harmonise the functioning of cash desks across Switzerland, while providing technical support
- Manage performance (KPIs), analyse results and implement corrective actions
- Define and enforce quality standards to guarantee an optimal client experience
- Handle sensitive situations and interact with demanding stakeholders
Internal control and risk management (key issue)
- Supervise controls and ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory framework
- Identify, assess and monitor operational risks
- Ensure reliability and security of operations
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and strengthen internal control systems
Governance and continuous improvement
- Produce reliable and regular reports
- Update procedures and guidelines
- Actively participate in transformation projects
- Analyse existing processes and propose areas for improvement
Team management and development
- Supervise and organise the team based in Geneva
- Define and monitor individual and collective objectives while supporting skills development
- Foster a motivating, collaborative and client-oriented work environment
- Ensure smooth communication and manage priorities, schedules and resources optimally
YOUR PROFILE:
Education and experience
- Proven experience (8-12 years) in Cash-Treasury roles within a financial institution or specialised service provider
- Confirmed experience in precious metals logistics management
- Demonstrated managerial experience
Technical skills
- Strong mastery of Cash and Treasury activities, especially related to precious metals
- Good knowledge of regulations applicable to Cash-Treasury activities and standards (LBMA/LPPM)
- Solid skills in internal control and risk management
- Proficiency in office tools (MS Office)
Language skills
- French native speaker
- English minimum level B2
- German: an asset
