Service Dispatcher (a)

Your Tasks

• Scheduling and work preparation for our service technicians
• Receiving and competently advising customer enquiries regarding malfunctions, maintenance, complaints, technical questions, and commissioning
• Preparation of quotations, invoicing, and customer data maintenance
• Efficient and economical deployment planning of the service technicians
• Close collaboration with all interfaces, especially our locations, partners, and other specialist departments
• Independent order processing as well as taking on a variety of administrative and organisational tasks in day-to-day business

Your Profile

• Completed technical or commercial basic training
• Professional experience as a service technician in HVAC or as a technical dispatcher desired
• Independent and structured working with a quick grasp
• High commitment and flexibility
• Solid IT application skills (MS Office)
• Good oral and written communication skills, foreign languages advantageous (F/I)
• Calm personality even in hectic situations with assertiveness
• Pleasant manners and pronounced team spirit
