What to expect
- A central role in business analysis at the interface between business units and IT, with direct influence on the design and sustainable optimisation of our business processes
- End-to-end analysis, modelling and documentation of existing business processes
- Systematic identification, evaluation and implementation of process optimisations focusing on quality, efficiency and automation
- Structured collection, analysis, prioritisation and translation of business requirements into actionable specifications for IT as well as support of implementation until successful introduction
- Active management of area-relevant internal control system (ICS) topics taking regulatory requirements into account
- Leadership of and participation in cross-departmental projects focusing on digitalisation, automation and process harmonisation
- Ensuring transparency, traceability and quality in processes and requirements through appropriate methods, standards and tools

What you bring with you
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification – alternatively several years of relevant professional experience in business analysis and/or process management in a regulated environment (e.g. health insurance or financial services)
- Sound knowledge in the analysis, modelling and optimisation of business processes (e.g. BPMN 2.0, Jira, Confluence, end-to-end consideration)
- Experience in the structured collection, prioritisation and documentation of requirements as well as in translation between business units and IT
- Experience in the design and execution of software tests
- Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to present and structure complex contexts clearly
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and internal control systems (ICS) as well as a pronounced quality and risk awareness
- Confident stakeholder management and strong communication skills in dealing with different interest groups
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
