Your main tasks: Professional and pedagogical supervision and training of apprentices (agricultural machinery mechanic EFZ) Support of qualification procedures (IPA) and preparation of educational reports As a workshop professional, service, repair and overhaul work on agricultural machinery of various brands Manufacture of spare and replacement parts as well as carrying out individual conversions and modifications Planning and implementation of technical adjustments and special equipment Optionally, the possibility to take over the deputy workshop management with additional responsibilities

Your profile: Qualified agricultural machinery, construction machinery or truck mechanic EFZ Completed vocational trainer course or willingness to complete it promptly Enthusiasm for mechanical technology, patience and enjoyment in working with young people Your working style is independent, precise, solution-oriented and reliable. In addition, well-mannered Your soft skills: resilient team player with very good German skills (spoken and written)
