About the job
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from entry to exit for defined areas
- Ensuring professional applicant management as a super-user (Umantis, currently / SmartRecruiters, from 2027), including managing advertisements and correspondence
- Preparation of work references (swiss+) as well as maintenance of electronic personnel files (PeopleDoc)
- Development and responsibility for commercial vocational training as well as practical training in HR (start of apprentices from summer 2027)
- Participation in HR projects (e.g. ERP conversion and system migrations)
- Close cooperation with HR Business Partners
- Contact person for employees, managers as well as external bodies (authorities, social insurances, etc.)
- Organisation of smaller personnel events (e.g. Future Day)
Your Profile
Mandatory:
- Commercial basic training as well as further education in HR (e.g. HR Assistant / HR Specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
Advantageous:
- Experience in healthcare
- Trainer course
- Knowledge of SAP HCM, SwissSalary or Polypoint PEP
