Project Manager/Site Manager for Sewer Rehabilitation (m/f/d):

Your tasks:

Independent planning, organisation and execution of projects in the field of sewer rehabilitation
Technical, scheduling and economic management of assigned projects and construction sites
Coordination and supervision of workflows as well as deployment planning of employees
Support and advice for customers as well as contact person for authorities, engineering and architectural offices
Preparation of offers, calculations, measurements and billing bases
Monitoring of project costs, deadlines, quality and execution
Organisation and coordination of materials, equipment and external partners
Participation in construction and coordination meetings
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, quality and environmental regulations
Management of the required project and construction site documentation

Your profile:

Completed vocational training and further education as site manager, technician or comparable qualification in civil engineering or sanitation
Professional experience in sewer rehabilitation is an advantage
Sound expertise in civil engineering
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
Initiative, assertiveness, flexibility and teamwork skills
Confident and friendly manner towards customers, authorities as well as engineering and architectural offices
Good user knowledge of MS Office and SORBA
Driving licence category B and BE, category C is an advantage
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
