Project Manager Sewer Service with Deputy Managing Director Role (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Independent planning, organisation and execution of projects in the field of sewer rehabilitation
• Technical, scheduling and economic management of assigned projects and construction sites
• Coordination and supervision of workflows as well as deployment planning of employees
• Close cooperation with management and responsible executives
• Support and advice for customers as well as contact person for authorities, engineering and architectural offices Preparing offers, calculations, measurements and billing bases
• Definition and monitoring of departmental and company goals in cooperation with project managers

Your profile:

• Completed technical or commercial basic training with sound business management education or further training
• Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in sewer service, civil engineering or a comparable industry
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and good understanding of business management contexts
• Knowledge in budgeting, cost control and economic company management
• Leadership skills, decision-making and assertiveness as well as a high sense of responsibility
• Confident and professional appearance towards customers, business partners and employees
• Proficient user knowledge in SORBA and MS Office
• Driving licence category B
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
