Its core competencies include trenchless rehabilitation and repair of sewer and pipeline systems using modern robot and inliner technologies. The range of services is complemented by professional sewer inspection as well as cleaning and maintenance of sewer systems. By using specialised methods, existing and damaged pipes can be efficiently and permanently rehabilitated without extensive excavation work being necessary. Deputy Managing Director Sewer Service (m/f/d):

Your tasks:

Participation in the further development and sustainable orientation of the company
Close cooperation with the management and responsible executives Representation of the company towards customers, business partners, authorities and at industry events
Participation in budget planning, investment assessment and financial corporate management in cooperation with the finance department
Collaboration with HR on personnel-related and organisational matters Monitoring and ensuring quality standards throughout the company
Definition and monitoring of departmental and corporate goals in cooperation with project managers

Your profile:

Completed technical or commercial basic training with sound business management education or further training
Several years of professional and leadership experience, ideally in sewer service, civil engineering or a comparable industry
Strong entrepreneurial thinking and good understanding of business management contexts
Knowledge in budgeting, cost control and economic corporate management
Leadership skills, decisiveness and assertiveness as well as a high sense of responsibility
Confident and professional appearance towards customers, business partners and employees
Confident user knowledge in SORBA and MS Office
Driving licence category B
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
