Charli Baby is the 1st premium baby flagship centre in Switzerland. Spread over three floors and more than 500 m², our customers in Spreitenbach can experience a modern baby specialist shop like no other in Switzerland.

We are known for exclusive brands, individual personal advice, and for offering parents the best possible experience when purchasing their first equipment.

With us, parents do not simply buy a pram. They make one of the first major decisions for their child. This is exactly where our advice comes in.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual with genuine enthusiasm for sales.

Your tasks

• Personal and competent advice to expectant parents on our entire premium range
• Individual solution finding – from prams to car seats to complete nursery furnishings
• Professional demonstration and adjustment of products directly with the customer
• Attractive presentation and maintenance of the sales area according to our brand standards
• Handling customer enquiries, service requests, and complaints
• Participation in sales promotions, events, and special placements

Your profile

• Completed training in retail or several years of experience in consultative sales
• Ideally experience in baby, children’s, or furnishing products – not essential, career changers with sales talent are expressly welcome
• Strong service orientation and genuine enjoyment in dealing with people
• Strong communication skills, polished appearance, and initiative
• Confident German in spoken and written form; English, French, Italian or other languages are a great advantage
• Willingness to work Saturdays within our opening hours
