Your future responsibilities

• Personnel and professional leadership as well as further development of four HR Business Partners
• Implementation and further development of personnel policy at a strategic level as well as project management
• Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle for a department with around 200 employees: from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding
• Sparring partner for managers on all topics of personnel and succession planning, personnel development, disciplinary management and leadership
• Management of long-term absences and support in the reintegration of employees
• Active participation in various HR projects as well as involvement in the development and optimisation of HR processes

Your skills and competencies

• Further training in HRM (federal HR specialist certificate or Bachelor) and at least 5 years of professional experience in an equivalent role, ideally in an industrial environment
• At least 2 years of leadership experience
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Proven experience in change management and coaching
• Entrepreneurial, strategic and networked thinking
• Strong communication skills, trustworthy and high social competence
• Confident appearance, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
• Digital affinity and openness to new technologies
• Customer- and service-oriented approach as well as pragmatic and solution-oriented working style
• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS 365), SAP knowledge is an advantage

Languages

Fluent German skills in spoken and written form are mandatory. In addition, you have very good French skills.
