• Competent care and support: You provide care and support in primary nursing for our patients in close collaboration with an interprofessional treatment team. Your expertise ensures that our patients receive the best possible care.
• Taking responsibility: You are responsible for your assigned patients and manage the entire care process – from the initial assessment to aftercare.
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: You actively work with various professional groups and conduct expert consultations to ensure holistic and efficient treatment.
• Shaping practical training: You play a central role in the practical training of students and nursing trainees, thus contributing to the further development of the nursing profession.

• You have a completed and Switzerland-recognised nursing qualification at tertiary level (HF / FH) and already bring some professional experience in an acute hospital in Switzerland.
• You are willing to apply nursing diagnostics practically, especially using electronic patient documentation.
• Team spirit, flexibility as well as commitment and resilience characterise you – you are always ready to face new challenges and find solutions together with the team.
• Your good organisational and communication skills make you a valuable support in everyday work.
