Cyber Security System Engineer - Linux & Endpoint Security (m/f/d)

Accompany security incidents from detection and analysis to containment, resolution, and sustainable improvement
Administer, configure, and operate security platforms for firewall, proxy, NDR, XDR, and EDR
Analyse logs, identify security risks, and systematically and sustainably resolve technical causes
Evaluate and implement new security solutions as well as further develop hardening, monitoring, and security infrastructure
Be responsible for system engineering with a focus on monitoring and patch management and share technical know-how within the team
Qualifications:
ITC EFZ or comparable training as well as several years of experience in IT system engineering and cyber security environment
Solid Linux knowledge and practical experience with security platforms, incident handling, hardening, logging, and monitoring
Experience with critical infrastructures or regulated environments is an advantage
Independent, responsible working style and ability to reliably complete technical projects
Very good German skills (C1/C2), understanding of Swiss German, good English skills, and willingness for limited home office
