Ensure the maintenance and development of the HEG-FR’s international AACSB accreditation by managing continuous improvement processes, compliance with standards, and institutional coordination.

• Manage and monitor the AACSB accreditation and reaccreditation process
• Coordinate the preparation of reports, indicators, and documents required for AACSB evaluations
• Supervise compliance with faculty qualification and faculty sufficiency requirements
• Manage the Assurance of Learning (AoL) system and ensure the implementation of continuous improvement measures
• Lead and coordinate contributions from various internal stakeholders involved in the accreditation
• Monitor AACSB standards, make recommendations to management, and lead necessary improvement actions
• Represent HEG-FR to AACSB International and develop relationships with professional networks related to international accreditations

• Master’s degree in management, quality, administration, or equivalent training
• Proven experience in independently managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience in AACSB and/or Business School accreditation is a major asset
• High autonomy and ability to independently manage a strategic project
• Natural leadership, ability to unite teams and gain the support of various institutional actors
• Strong organisational skills, planning, and deadline management
• Analytical mindset and ability to identify risks, priorities, and improvement opportunities
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programmes, ideally Academ, and willingness to train on new IT systems
• Fluency in French and English with good knowledge of German
