Do you keep an overview even when processes become complex and conditions change? Then this fixed-term role could be just right for you. In the course of the merger to the Helvetia Baloise Group, we are currently operating in two HR system worlds and actively shaping the future of our HR processes at the same time. You can expect a committed team that grows together, learns from each other, and drives numerous exciting change and optimisation projects forward. For this, we are looking for a personality who works precisely, takes responsibility, and implements topics pragmatically and hands-on.

What you achieve

• You are responsible for the timely and high-quality handling of all administrative HR processes along the HR life cycle - from entry through mutations to exit.
• You record, maintain, and check personnel master data and reliably carry out personnel mutations in HR Access.
• You process and track HR enquiries via the ticketing system while adhering to the defined service levels.
• You ensure high data quality and actively participate in checks according to the four-eyes principle.
• You take on holiday cover within the team and contribute to smooth collaboration.

What you bring

• Completed commercial basic training
• Initial professional experience in personnel administration or as an HR Specialist is an advantage.
• Independent, structured, and efficient working style with a pronounced quality awareness and a high standard of accuracy.
• Enjoyment in getting operationally involved and reliably completing tasks.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of French, English, or Italian.
